Most diets fail because they do not educate you on food, they don’t tell you why you are eating a certain food and why you should probably not eat another type of food. They just tell you what to eat. If you are anything like me, you need to know “why”. Merely telling me what to do, without telling me “why” won’t work. I’m not a robot, I’m a living, breathing human being with a brain and I’m capable of understanding what makes food un-healthy.

I saw there was a need in the fitness industry and that is more education. There’s a lot of places telling you what to do, but not enough people telling you “why” or taking the time to educate you on the different types of foods.

I decided to create a short and simple 4-day course explaining the different foods. Each day we will go over protein, carbohydrates, fats, and vegetables/fruits. Each day is a short 5-10-minute read. I will let you know why this particular food group is important, why your body needs it, and a few examples of how to get it.

Why am I doing this? It was not an easy task to research each food group and put together this 4-day course. It took a lot of time putting it all together, but I wanted to give you some information that you can use and benefit from for free.

I know there is a lot of conflicting information concerning nutrition, it’s enough to make anyone’s head spin. One source says carbs are evil, another source says carbs are good. Who do you believe?

I don’t want you to believe anyone, not even me. I want you to have enough knowledge and feel confident enough to make your own decisions.

That’s exactly how I coach all my online clients, my only goal is to make sure they are educated enough that when they leave my program they can make healthy eating decisions for the rest of their life. If I have done that, then I have succeeded as a coach. If they leave my program and they don’t know how to make healthy choices on their own, then I have failed them as a coach and I take that very seriously.

That’s why I created this free 4-day course. I want you to have enough knowledge to make your own decisions to stay healthy for the rest of your life.
