Welcome to my site. I wanted to create an online personal training website so I can offer my services to more people. Right now I have a full time job and my time is very limited. I wish I could train everyone but realistically that can’t happen. I have a beautiful wife and an awesome daughter that I want to spend all of my free time with. I do work at a gym a few hours a week where I train some clients but I have a desire to reach out to more people and online personal train
