We don't believe in quick weight loss
This isn’t a quick weight loss program, this is far from quick and we ask for a 12-week commitment from you. To truly create the change you want, it will require a commitment from you. This program is slow, and we focus on one habit at a time until it is mastered.
Each habit is practiced for two weeks until it is time to move on to the next habit. Each habit is progressive and builds upon the prior habit. We don’t believe in quick weight loss, because it is not sustainable. Sure, you can achieve jaw dropping results in a very short amount of time, but it is impossible to sustain the behaviors needed for this type of change.
That’s not what we believe in, and it sure is not healthy. Most importantly it does not take everyday life into consideration. We do! We don’t see you as a robot, we see you as a human, who has a real life, who is beautiful and flawed at the same time. We know life is not perfect, and if it was, how boring would that be?
