Stay strong as you age! Maintaining strength as we get older is essential to staying independent for as long as possible.
Try any of our classes that we offer for free to see if we are a right fit for you. We offer early morning and evening classes for your convenience. Boot camp is in the morning and beginner classes are in the evening. In our beginner classes we take things slow and we focus on proper form and movement. We keep a close eye on you in class while performing the exercises. If we start to see your form breaking down we will make corrections so that way you are performing the exercise properly and reduce the chance of injury. We also offer modifications to all exercises to make them easier or hard based upon your abilities. We believe in performing the movement properly and with good form instead of doing a bunch of exercises as fast as you can with poor form.
If you are looking for something a little more fast paced, we also offer boot camp in the morning. In our boot camp classes, we also make sure that you are performing the movements properly and with good form, but its a little more faster paced. We also do more back to back movements to increase the intensity. We realize that the 5am time slot works better for some people, so if you are a beginner, you are welcome in our boot camp classes too! We will make modifications to all of the workouts based upon your abilities.
