We are seeking a Sit and Be Fit Class instructor to teach and lead classes at a retirement community that we have a contract with in Conroe, TX.

This is a very rewarding and fun position. You get the opportunity to help the senior citizens stay active, fit and mobile. They absolutely love the classes, and some say it is the best part of their day. 

​

This is a part time position and the hours are less than 5 hours a week on most cases. Usually the classes are in the daytime hours. 

​

The pay is $20 per class. Most classes are 30-45 minutes in duration. 

​

Group Fitness Class instructor experience is required.
